At Padmini VNA we offer internships through which you receive valuable practical exposure through involvement in real projects and operations in an innovative and challenging environment. Engineering Co-Op Internship

Padmini VNA offers a six-month internship for Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics students who are in the final year of their degree (BTech/B.E.). This internship is offered between January and June of very year.

Students are placed across the following department:

Design & Development
Production
Quality Assurance
Vendor Development & Supplier Quality Assurance

Students are selected through the following process:

Institutions nominate students based on a pre-determined criteria
Psychometric Evaluation
Technical Tests
Fit and Technical Interview

Summer Internship

Padmini VNA offers a summer internship program for both engineering undergraduates and management students who are eager to work in challenging projects. This internship is offered between April and May, June and July, and July and August every year.

Students are placed across the following department:

Design & Development
Production
Quality Assurance
Marketing
Human Resources
Program Management
Finance
Vendor Development & Supplier Quality Assurance

Innovation Internship

Padmini VNA has incubations across the solar technology application, robotics, and AI for manufacturing space. Our Incubation Internship is offered year-around and open to students looking to contribute to scaling up technologies from ground up..
