Viveka Bhandari is the Chief Operating Office of Padmini VNA Mechatronics. As a leader, she believes in setting up processes and carrying out constant reviews. She started her full-time working career as an analyst at Ernst and Young and believes that the skills she acquired at the consulting firm have helped her in the auto components industry as well.
She believes private companies can play a bigger role in bringing more women into the auto components space than the Government. While software and tech are the verticals that are helping more & more women join the ecosystem, the ICE to EV transition will open more doors for women to join the industry.
In her words, there still exists a glass ceiling for women to break in the auto components industry!
