I joined Padmini VNA Mechatronics in 2020 as an Assistant Manager and it has been a great learning experience so far. PVNA provided me a platform to work on different domain of sustainability which include but not limited to People and Planet. Here I worked on Carbon Neutrality, Sustainable Supply Chain and its impact on People, Planet and Profit, also to understand why the Circular conomy is the need of the present world, it helps me to build on my strength and enhance my professional skills.
I joined Padmini VNA Mechatronics as an Assistant Manager and it has been a rewarding experience overall. As per my understanding you grow as engineer when challenges come on your way and operations in PVNA is full of challenges and learning. The best thing about PVNA is you can explore the project as much as you can, there is no restriction at all.
In PVNA testing is a part of design so you can do design as well as testing by your own under guidance and I personally believe when you do test, you understand and learn more.
It's been almost 3 years with Padmini VNA, I've been given the opportunity to nurture my professional career development by finding a role in the company that suits my interests and abilities. I am proud to be a part of the PVNA family and appreciate the opportunity to realize my full potential with cooperative and encouraging working culture.
