PVNA GET Programme

To hire the fresh graduates, PVNA collaborates with various engineering colleges. We offer the GET programme for Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics and Electronics students who have just completed their (BTech/B.E.). These students are placed across the following departments: Design & Development, Production, Quality Assurance, and Vendor Development & Supplier Quality Assurance.

The graduates are selected through a rigorous process wherein the institutes nominate students based on a predetermined criterion first, which is followed by psychometric evaluation, technical tests, and a final interview to determine whether they align with our expectations both in terms of skills and potential. Those who complete their successful training of one year with us are then absorbed as an engineer in their respective department at PVNA itself.

Direct Entry

Next to our GET Programme, we also offer some avenues for a direct entry as a fresh graduate. Not every position requires years of experience in the field and at PVNA, we are always on the lookout for the best fit instead of the highest qualification. Hence, we want to ensure that every team has the best possible mix by onboarding graduates in our teams.
