We are committed to being at the forefront of the Research & Development space. Hence, we lay special emphasis on innovation and novelty. With a team of over 150 engineers in the Design & Development department, we have succeeded in filing more than 200 patents.
Among the 200 patent applications so far, a substantial proportion has been filed by young engineers recruited through PVNA’s Graduate Engineer Trainee Program. We acknowledge and tap into the potential by leveraging the program to recruit, train and groom young talent.
